I had little doubt before placing the order and I had no idea that such a service actually exist in India. However just got the first order delivered yesterday. All the fishes are very active and healthy. Packaging was nice and the order was delivered within 3rd day to my surprise. They called and let me know before shipping the order and even though they didn't have one of my ordered item in stock but they took my permission and changed the item with a nice choice. I really thank you bunnycart for this outstanding performance. Do keep up the good work. Planning to order some more fish within a couple of weeks. Ordered Item: 1. Full red guppy 5 pair. 2. Black moore gold fish 2 pair. 3. albino shark 1 pair(Which was out of stock and they gave me option with bala shark) 4. sword fish 2 pair. All are happy residents now in my two 15 gallon tanks.

I am really happy with the service and response from Bunnycart. I have made multiple orders from here and I have never been completely disappointed. My recent order reached me so early and my planted aquarium seems like heaven for my fishes. I asked them to send me some bigger plants from the ones I ordered, they did. The plants are all healthy and I am sure will do well. Looking forward to ordering a few more plants in the future and I know whom to trust - Bunnycart.com (instead of wasting my money on a fake site called makemyhobby.com) THANK YOU! P.s. The best part is the delivery and package. It was fast and the plants arrived in good condition, but that one of the two leaves of the dwarf lily was cut while packing. While I look forward to ordering more in the future, i also have a few suggestions to bunnycart based on my experience with it. 1. Please take care to get the plants that are snail free. The plants brought with it snail eggs and its been less than a week since introducing the plants and I am spending most of my time picking out tiny snails that are having a feast on my plants. 2. The dwarf lily I ordered came poorly packed for a lily. It would have been better to pack it with a little water In a plastic cover at the least for that is one easily hurt plant. Also check the plant quality. I ordered it expecting a tiny tuber at the least and it turned out that the plant was Propagated from the root. I understand these things have more to do with the original sellers that cultivate them. Still i hope bunnycart will look into it. The fish feed was good, and the plants were in good condition. I also bought Aquarium sand and white sugar sand and really satisfied with the purchase.
