Honestly, I ordered 11 plants and I was expecting 2-3 plants might die while shipping due to heat. I received the order in just 4 days and not a single plant died. Packaging was perfect they provide silicon gel to keep plants cool. They all arrived in healthy condition. I'll surely buy more from them in future. just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true.
