Dear Team, I had ordered microworm starter culture. I would like to mention that the culture was not at all good. I barely found some microworm in that, which were not sufficient to start the culture. Plants which ordered twice from Bunnycart was good except few plants. Kindly improve in starter culture sector. i don't know whether yu bunnycart guys know tripura,but this state is a big market for aquarium fish and plants ,god knows why you haven't put up a transportation location for it. There are not many shops in here but the one who owns them are really making a lot of money . people in here are mad about aquariums.

I m vighnesh Naidu from Mumbai, I order aquarium plants from Bunny cart..to see their product and service because in India there are very few genuine good service for aquatic live plants so I want to try out their service but to my surprise by far I got best service and delivery from Bunnycart 1. Quick dispatch and delivery less than 3 day with bluedart courier. 2. Arrived in perfect condition like bunny cart is only in India I think that deliver plant with pot and cup with nicely pack and only in India with label names of plant in them, which i liked very much. Hi, This was my second order with Bunnycart. I'm very happy to have received the order in time and in excellent condition. Thanks a lot for sending me female Guppy's. I've quarantine them as they are expected to give fry's any time now. Very Good quality of Java Moss send ( except that the quantity was less ). Please try to include premium quality products such as filters ( all types) /air pumps/heaters/drift wood/lighting's/water conditioners/live bacteria for cycle/medicine for fish/substrates . .etc from Hagen, fluval, Ehiem. Nice Things: I had gone thru the reviews , prior to the placement of the order for plants. As mentioned the grass plant supplied is 1'' size only / do not actually resemble with the picture being displayed. BUT IT IS WORTH WHILE TO MENTION THAT THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AND THE 1'' PLANT HAS GROWN TO 1 1/2 FEET NOW. All the plants have survived and had shown remarkable growth . But one of the plant supplied had dried out in the transit and finally dead , so i advise bunnycart to do R and D on this matter to avoid plants dry during the period of transit.
