First of all, I must say I was very impressed with the packaging and delivery. I ordered on Tuesday, 1st Jan, which is a holiday and got my order delivered on Thursday 3rd Jan. Coming to the order, I ordered 4 type of plants. They were are healthy and the quantity was OK. But I was very very disappointed with the quantity of Hydrocotyle tripartita. They were hardly anything in it. Overall good experience as this was my test order and hence I ordered only for the minimum amount . Shipping and packaging - Excellent. 5/5 Variety - Great 4/5 Quantity - Poor 1/5 Overall - Fair 2/5

This is my first purchase from the site. I am overall satisfied with the purchase. Packaging was good. I ordered 13 shrimps. The orange Sakura and the Ghost are of great quality. However i am not very satisfied with the red cherry shrimps, the colors are not good. But given the price, i am ok to compromise. All the shrimps were alive, it took 6 days for completion of my order, the prices are also competetive. I would recommend others buying from here. P.S please improve the quality of Red Cherry Shrimps.

I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.
