Need improvement of your website. The cart what I saved today shown vacant after some days. Another thing is that it needs more fish variety to be added. Rest are well maintained.

i don't know whether yu bunnycart guys know tripura,but this state is a big market for aquarium fish and plants ,god knows why you haven't put up a transportation location for it. There are not many shops in here but the one who owns them are really making a lot of money . people in here are mad about aquariums.

I had little doubt before placing the order and I had no idea that such a service actually exist in India. However just got the first order delivered yesterday. All the fishes are very active and healthy. Packaging was nice and the order was delivered within 3rd day to my surprise. They called and let me know before shipping the order and even though they didn't have one of my ordered item in stock but they took my permission and changed the item with a nice choice. I really thank you bunnycart for this outstanding performance. Do keep up the good work. Planning to order some more fish within a couple of weeks. Ordered Item: 1. Full red guppy 5 pair. 2. Black moore gold fish 2 pair. 3. albino shark 1 pair(Which was out of stock and they gave me option with bala shark) 4. sword fish 2 pair. All are happy residents now in my two 15 gallon tanks.

just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true. When i ordered first time, except hyg. corymbosa all the other plants were of very small size and unhealthy.eventualy of them died. This time, i made i was specific about good size and healthy plants. And i recieved hyg.,. difformiss in big size with many leaves, healthy and big size. St. repens was tiny as expected, but still healthy.. Happy with this purchase..
