I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.

I have been ordering since 2021, packaging is neat, delivery is on time, plants arrive in good condition as moisture retained in soaked paper. However the epiphytes could be a little larger than current size, feels a bit too small for large tanks. Happy with the purchases so far, and plants survive/thrive about 90%.
