It was my very first order & I ordered for : Vallisneria nana , Dwarf Hairgrass and Aquarium soil altogether. The packaging and the shipment was great, but a few of the Vallisneria nana died. The refund for that was so prompt that I was really amazed! The Hairgrass with the Vallisneria is growing day by day & my aquarium turned so lovely with their presence. Overall it was an awesome experience. Will definitely buy for more. Thanks a lot "Bunnycart" :)

Plants are in good quality and fresh. But the size of the pots are very little. I'm not satisfied with size of that product. Otherwise it's good.

I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up . It was my 1st experience of purchasing a plant online. The good thing is packaging is solid and sturdy, I recvd in hyderabad after 5 days and the blotting paper was still wet, secondly as a 1st time buyer i added quantity of 2 duckweed, 1 foxtail and 1 guppygrass . quantity is very less and is according to price, so if u want more add minimum 5 in cart. giving 4 stars as it was shipped only on Aug 2 where as the order was made on jul 31

This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief. A special word of appreciation for the Manager who was very helpful with advice and assisted at different stages of my purchase. Will definitely patronise again and recommend to friends.
