On 10-05-2015 i.e on Sunday by 09:15pm sharp i received the parcel with live fishes and plants. For my surprise all the 26 fishes and 4 plants were live in active and healthy condition. I have given 5 rating to Bunnycart service... I had Ordered bulk Anubias plants, it costed Rs 1050 for 10 pieces... Plants were little small, however the quality of plans are good and came in a good packing... I had not heard of Bunnycart earlier but after this purchase I'm confident & will buy more products... It's good deal with reasonable price...

I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.

Recently i ordered 20 plants from bunnycart they all reached to me in good condition... The shipment took 5 days to reach but they all look fresh and healthy... Only disappointment was the quantity ..... I ordered dawrf baby tears when i received it was just a pinch of plant.. which u cant handle by hand.... U need to use twezzer to handle them.. other then that 5 star for everything else... Increase the quantity only suggestion

just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true.
