I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.

Except for Rotala Blood Red out of the 9 species of plants I ordered ,reached me in a perfect healthy condition. I would n't Blame Bunnycart for Rotala ,it's just delay in shipping by FedEx.
