This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief. A special word of appreciation for the Manager who was very helpful with advice and assisted at different stages of my purchase. Will definitely patronise again and recommend to friends. i ordered 20 fishes in total .. but i am short of one tetra .. my order no was 12521 .. i think there is a mistake in the delivery... everything else was fabulous.. the fishes are active and colorful.. yet few are a little tiny (not really a problem though)...

I had little doubt before placing the order and I had no idea that such a service actually exist in India. However just got the first order delivered yesterday. All the fishes are very active and healthy. Packaging was nice and the order was delivered within 3rd day to my surprise. They called and let me know before shipping the order and even though they didn't have one of my ordered item in stock but they took my permission and changed the item with a nice choice. I really thank you bunnycart for this outstanding performance. Do keep up the good work. Planning to order some more fish within a couple of weeks. Ordered Item: 1. Full red guppy 5 pair. 2. Black moore gold fish 2 pair. 3. albino shark 1 pair(Which was out of stock and they gave me option with bala shark) 4. sword fish 2 pair. All are happy residents now in my two 15 gallon tanks.
