First i ordered plants from other site i got ripped off, not that they didn't sent me the order, they sent it via surface currior and it took 15 days to reach me in surat from Chennai. They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account. Ordered few plants from Bunnycart. I must say that I was a bit skeptical at first, at the fact of live plants and live fish being sold online and the quality of them. But I was pretty impressed with the condition of the live plants that arrived and the packaging as well. Java Moss was provided in a real good quantity as well. Service too was prompt.
