Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. It was my 1st experience of purchasing a plant online. The good thing is packaging is solid and sturdy, I recvd in hyderabad after 5 days and the blotting paper was still wet, secondly as a 1st time buyer i added quantity of 2 duckweed, 1 foxtail and 1 guppygrass . quantity is very less and is according to price, so if u want more add minimum 5 in cart. giving 4 stars as it was shipped only on Aug 2 where as the order was made on jul 31

This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief. I recently discovered this website. Initially i was surprised to see such a service in India. I was skeptical to order but gave it a try. But to my surprise this is one of the most genuine website i have ever encountered when it comes to buying pets online. As advertised the fishes are delivered promptly. The best thing is they call you beforehand to inform you that you would be at your residence to receive your little precious pets. I have already ordered 3 times from them because of the quality. Fishes delivered are very healthy and active. When it comes to aquatic plants here you can get value for money. Plants are very cheap and good quality.
