Dear Team, I had ordered microworm starter culture. I would like to mention that the culture was not at all good. I barely found some microworm in that, which were not sufficient to start the culture. Plants which ordered twice from Bunnycart was good except few plants. Kindly improve in starter culture sector. I had placed an order of anubias and some floating plants for my new low tech micro setup. All items were received within in 3 days in good quality. I loved their free shipping for orders above 499. I received 3 plants instead of 6 for the water lettuce order, however the team was quick to acknowledge the error and refund the full amount for the plant.
