Only one plant was damaged which was acceptable as the delivery took almost 9 days. The bunnycart helpdesk helped me get my package safely. I have been ordering since 2021, packaging is neat, delivery is on time, plants arrive in good condition as moisture retained in soaked paper. However the epiphytes could be a little larger than current size, feels a bit too small for large tanks. Happy with the purchases so far, and plants survive/thrive about 90%.
