Plants received in 2 days. Was concerned about the quality but all plants were well packed and in good condition. As this was my first time ordering online and not having any knowledge about plant names and their placement in tank, i had to go through my order list and very thanks to all the details of each plants provided on website. Except for Rotala Blood Red out of the 9 species of plants I ordered ,reached me in a perfect healthy condition. I would n't Blame Bunnycart for Rotala ,it's just delay in shipping by FedEx. I love the plants,though the quantity seems a lill' less..They have Lush Green foliage and loads of roots. I'm really happy ordering from Bunnycart and YES I ll be coming back for more..A big

I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.

This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief. A special word of appreciation for the Manager who was very helpful with advice and assisted at different stages of my purchase. Will definitely patronise again and recommend to friends.
