On 04-11-2016 I ordered 10 Chilly red guppy, 8 Neon Tetras and 3 Mango Platy and some aquarium plants. On 11-11-2016 I received the parcel but from 21 fishes only 5 alive rest all are dead but all plants are in good condition. I send the unboxing video and details of the dead fishes to Bunnycart customer care mail address. They responded very well and I got call from them and they send me new fishes as a compensation for the dead fishes I received….. I am really delighted by the way Bunnycart handled my concern and I take this opportunity to thank Bunnycart for their customer friendly attitude and services. I would recommend this website to all aquarium lovers for all stuffs related to aquarium.

I was searching to buy live plants from various websites but most of them were scams. I found out about bunny cart and placed my order. The plants were all in reality Good condition and none were dead or rotten. Hi, This was my second order with Bunnycart. I'm very happy to have received the order in time and in excellent condition. Thanks a lot for sending me female Guppy's. I've quarantine them as they are expected to give fry's any time now. Very Good quality of Java Moss send ( except that the quantity was less ). Please try to include premium quality products such as filters ( all types) /air pumps/heaters/drift wood/lighting's/water conditioners/live bacteria for cycle/medicine for fish/substrates . .etc from Hagen, fluval, Ehiem.
