The best thing is they call you beforehand to inform you that you would be at your residence to receive your little precious pets. I have already ordered 3 times from them because of the quality. Fishes delivered are very healthy and active. When it comes to aquatic plants here you can get value for money. Plants are very cheap and good quality.
