I m a beginner to this aquarium hobby. So i purchased only few plants from bunny cart. But i got surprised when the product got delivered. It was very fast delivery and all the plants were well packet and it was all fresh when i received. And i liked all the plants what i got, within 2 days it started shooting new leaves. They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account. I had placed an order of anubias and some floating plants for my new low tech micro setup. All items were received within in 3 days in good quality. I loved their free shipping for orders above 499. I received 3 plants instead of 6 for the water lettuce order, however the team was quick to acknowledge the error and refund the full amount for the plant.
