It was my very first order & I ordered for : Vallisneria nana , Dwarf Hairgrass and Aquarium soil altogether. The packaging and the shipment was great, but a few of the Vallisneria nana died. The refund for that was so prompt that I was really amazed! The Hairgrass with the Vallisneria is growing day by day & my aquarium turned so lovely with their presence. Overall it was an awesome experience. Will definitely buy for more. Thanks a lot "Bunnycart" :)

I have ordered 3 times and overall experience is good . Just need to work upon status followups and time bounding by Courier. Rest all was good . Keep it up . 100 marks for internal packaging but the courier destroys main Carton brown box always .

I must congratulate the team for starting the best ever online delivery system for life fishes. The fishes came well packed all of them very very healthy and their prices are 50% less than the market. It is the best thing that could happen to any aquarium enthusiast and if they can improve the variety in their collection I think there will be no one to beat them in this industry. Good condition of plants

Nice Things: I had gone thru the reviews , prior to the placement of the order for plants. As mentioned the grass plant supplied is 1'' size only / do not actually resemble with the picture being displayed. BUT IT IS WORTH WHILE TO MENTION THAT THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AND THE 1'' PLANT HAS GROWN TO 1 1/2 FEET NOW. All the plants have survived and had shown remarkable growth . But one of the plant supplied had dried out in the transit and finally dead , so i advise bunnycart to do R and D on this matter to avoid plants dry during the period of transit.
