Honestly, I ordered 11 plants and I was expecting 2-3 plants might die while shipping due to heat. I received the order in just 4 days and not a single plant died. Packaging was perfect they provide silicon gel to keep plants cool. They all arrived in healthy condition. I'll surely buy more from them in future. But to my surprise this is one of the most genuine website i have ever encountered when it comes to buying pets online. As advertised the fishes are delivered promptly. The best thing is they call you beforehand to inform you that you would be at your residence to receive your little precious pets. I have already ordered 3 times from them because of the quality.
