I'm a regular customer of bunnycart.com. I'm really happy with the service. I have used other websites also for buying fishes and plants in the past. However, bunnycart is the only seller who kept delivering the orders on time with quality. Very professional! I always prefer bunnycart nowadays. Prices are affordable. Java moss was of excellent quality. However, dwarf hairgrass and amzon sword was half wilted when received. Rotala wallichii was good. Didn't received dwarf lily but was refunded money immediately. Customer service is very good.

Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. It was my very first order & I ordered for : Vallisneria nana , Dwarf Hairgrass and Aquarium soil altogether. The packaging and the shipment was great, but a few of the Vallisneria nana died. The refund for that was so prompt that I was really amazed! The Hairgrass with the Vallisneria is growing day by day & my aquarium turned so lovely with their presence. Overall it was an awesome experience. Will definitely buy for more. Thanks a lot "Bunnycart" :)
