I ordered several plants and aquarium substrate for my 50 gallon tank. Got very good support on phone. Definitely recommend the seller. Few suggestions... Most of the plants are out of stock.. pls maintain your stock. Please improve on packing of live plants. Rest is Ok. Thanks

I have ordered 4 types of plants, for which delivery was on time and packaging was also superb but a little upset about the plants as some of those haven't roots and they are small even I am in doubt it will survive or not. Can you please suggest me to plant water cabbage, can I use soil to plant these small water cabbage.

Dear Team, I had ordered microworm starter culture. I would like to mention that the culture was not at all good. I barely found some microworm in that, which were not sufficient to start the culture. Plants which ordered twice from Bunnycart was good except few plants. Kindly improve in starter culture sector. just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true.
