I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up . I must congratulate the team for starting the best ever online delivery system for life fishes. The fishes came well packed all of them very very healthy and their prices are 50% less than the market. It is the best thing that could happen to any aquarium enthusiast and if they can improve the variety in their collection I think there will be no one to beat them in this industry. I have placed my first order and got my order delivered in three days. The packaging of live plants were awesome and their quality was very good especially the Java Moss. I also request Bunnycart to start delivering live fishes in Lucknow, UP.
