They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account. I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.
