Hi Bunnycart Team/ Reviewers of this Site : I’ve ordered about 50 Fish and 5 Varieties of Plants from Bunnycart and it was delivered on time as promised. All the fish and plants were in extremely good condition and not a single fish died even though it was shipped to Bangalore. I’m extremely glad that I came across this site which supplies fish in any numbers to both retailers and as well as wholesalers at a very very reasonable price unlike other providers who expect retailers to order a minimum of 25-50 pieces of the same fish. The Variety Bunnycart provides is also good and at the same time you can order any mix you want. As soon as you order you get an email with the list of items you’ve ordered and gives you the account into which you will have to deposit the amount, once this is done, their team sends out a confirmation of shipping promptly along with the address and all the details. Throughout my investigation phase about Bunnycart, I was involved with Mr.Rajan who is the Manager of the farm. I must say a Very Very Big Thank you to this Extremely Kind Hearted & Patient Gentleman! He was so patient and in detail explained everything about how things work, how to take care of the plants and fish, how to order, how to look after the parcel and handle it from there on. He encouraged me to call him at any point of time if I had any doubts or concerns. I think he is doing an Excellent Job at Bunnycart, there should be more people like him who would encourage hobbyist’s as well as buyers. Even though I was just a small hobbyist ordering for a minimum sum, he treated me like I was a very big customer and spoke so well. I don’t think many ppl would do this, I’ve ordered fish from Chennai and other local places in Bangalore but no one hardly calls back and checks if everything is fine or if there are any concerns, but Mr Rajan followed up immediately and checked with me if I was happy and offered his time and help anytime. Even during the time I ordered he was very concerned cause I did it in the last minute and he was worried that he might not be able to ship good items to me and he offered me to do it next weekend which I was fine with, but somehow he did manage to ship very good items and in healthy conditions. This is how Genuine sellers should be, whereas others just want to sell as much as possible without looking at customer satisfaction. Really appreciate Mr Rajan’s help and support, I’m sure Bunnycart has found a Great Manager! So,again, A Very Big Thank you to Mr.Rajan and Bunnycart for keeping customers and people like me very happy and encouraging Aquaculture. This site is definitely one of “ The Best “ to buy fish from! It was my very first order & I ordered for : Vallisneria nana , Dwarf Hairgrass and Aquarium soil altogether. The packaging and the shipment was great, but a few of the Vallisneria nana died. The refund for that was so prompt that I was really amazed! The Hairgrass with the Vallisneria is growing day by day & my aquarium turned so lovely with their presence. Overall it was an awesome experience. Will definitely buy for more. Thanks a lot "Bunnycart" :)

They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account. ( it died off in a week's time after planting). Bunnycart offers lowest prices. Lowest shipping rates. and safe secure delivery. I would like to place many more orders in future. thanks!!

I am really happy with the service and response from Bunnycart. I have made multiple orders from here and I have never been completely disappointed. My recent order reached me so early and my planted aquarium seems like heaven for my fishes. I asked them to send me some bigger plants from the ones I ordered, they did. The plants are all healthy and I am sure will do well. Looking forward to ordering a few more plants in the future and I know whom to trust - Bunnycart.com (instead of wasting my money on a fake site called makemyhobby.com) THANK YOU! P.s. I ordered a batch of 30 neon tetras from Delhi. To my great pleasure all the fishes, except for two unfortunate ones, were alive and active when they arrived. The neons had no disease, fungus/itch etc. on them which is unlike in many fish store where neons are kept in terrible conditions and are infected (you can see small white or shiny spots on body and fins in such infected cases) and die in short time after bought. Mine from Bunnycart are all alive, no signs of any infection, eating healthily, have increased in size amazingly quickly, displaying bright colours and actively schooling in my heavily planted 60 gallon tank. Keep up the good work; will be ordering some cardinals and mountain minnows soon so hope you get their stock! Also please start a collection on different Rainbow fishes! Highly recommend this site.
