It was my first order from Bunnycart and I can say that it was totally up to the mark. Their service is quite reliable. I had ordered a few aquarium plants and the product was delivered in time with good packing which avoided any damage.

I ordered 34 neon tetras to add to my existing aquarium that already had 10 neon tetras and 10 black phantom tetras. The delivery of the fish was timely. I received a call the day before confirming the time and also received a text with their delivery guy's phone number. Seamlessly done. The fish arrived in fine condition - no losses. The sizes varied but none of them were very small in size. Tetras' color tends to fade a little when they are stressed, so that was expected. But the color started to improve from the next day and all of them seem happy with their new home. I lost a couple of fishes in the days following the delivery, maybe they couldn't acclimatise well. Very happy with bunnycart's service. Looking forward to order again if I can make some more space in my home

Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. I ordered in Mumbai. A really good site to order especially plants. They were healthy, exactly as described, and the quick dispatch made it even better. I immediately ordered more because I was satisfied with the first order. I would definitely recommend it!

Need improvement of your website. The cart what I saved today shown vacant after some days. Another thing is that it needs more fish variety to be added. Rest are well maintained.
