They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account. I ordered 15 items from this site. Price was good.took 7 to 8 days to reach my home by fedex. At first i thought by the time It reaches me the plants will be all rotten but due to good airtight Packing it survived. Almost all of them are can be planted and i hope They will survive. Fingers crossed

all plants were in good condition, except water lettuce, not even one was healthy, i doubt if they will even survive, disappointed with this one.
