They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account. Ordered few plants from Bunnycart. I must say that I was a bit skeptical at first, at the fact of live plants and live fish being sold online and the quality of them. But I was pretty impressed with the condition of the live plants that arrived and the packaging as well. Java Moss was provided in a real good quantity as well. Service too was prompt. Will surely come back for more.

I have placed my first order and got my order delivered in three days. The packaging of live plants were awesome and their quality was very good especially the Java Moss. I also request Bunnycart to start delivering live fishes in Lucknow, UP.

Riccia fluitans shown in pics on site are at least an inch size Where as when ordered got it tied on a coin sized stone Not happy with it
