Easy to care for and maintain, it makes it a beginner-friendly aquatic plant. It grows fast and can be grown in freshwater aquariums. Limnophila sessiliflora belongs to Southeast Asia and can easily survive in submerged water conditions. It develops a bright green to reddish green color on the stem and leaves, depending on the light. It is a stem plant that can attain up to 40 to 50 cm height under optimum conditions, making it suitable for background plantation.
