I used to order plants (mainly Amazon Swords) frequently from bunnycart. The packaging was great. But I have concern about the condition /health of the plants, the plants seems to be not upto the mark with holes or damaged leaves. Please try to send the plants which are in good condition

It was my very first order & I ordered for : Vallisneria nana , Dwarf Hairgrass and Aquarium soil altogether. The packaging and the shipment was great, but a few of the Vallisneria nana died. The refund for that was so prompt that I was really amazed! The Hairgrass with the Vallisneria is growing day by day & my aquarium turned so lovely with their presence. I have been ordering since 2021, packaging is neat, delivery is on time, plants arrive in good condition as moisture retained in soaked paper. However the epiphytes could be a little larger than current size, feels a bit too small for large tanks. Happy with the purchases so far, and plants survive/thrive about 90%.
