1st time purchasing from this website so little bit worry about the service, in that one my of friend told me not to purchase from such website and reasons are 1) never heard about this website so there is chance of cheating 2) prizes of all the products are so much low compare to other website so it may fake 3) i have ordered it in chiplun i.e. in maharashtra so not sure about what will be the condition of plants after receiving the courier. but finally decided to take some risk and ordered some plants and within 5 days i have received all the plants in very good condition & properly packed, so aquarium lover just close your eyes and ordered what you want, prizes are very reasonable and service and products both are good & beautiful...

Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. Ordered few plants from Bunnycart. I must say that I was a bit skeptical at first, at the fact of live plants and live fish being sold online and the quality of them. But I was pretty impressed with the condition of the live plants that arrived and the packaging as well. Java Moss was provided in a real good quantity as well. Service too was prompt. Will surely come back for more.
