Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. Ordered few plants from Bunnycart. I must say that I was a bit skeptical at first, at the fact of live plants and live fish being sold online and the quality of them. But I was pretty impressed with the condition of the live plants that arrived and the packaging as well. Java Moss was provided in a real good quantity as well. Service too was prompt. It's a good website I live in Odisha which is very far from Kerala I received my order within 5 days which was good but I well that the plant might suffer or die but surprisingly or the plants where ok and in good conditions it's obvious that they are wear some yellows in the leaves and all but basically they were good I put them immediately in the water after 5 days also humidity was maintained in the pouches and ice packs were also provided and plants were very cheap and quantity only I felt that plants with the pot quantities less but the stems are very good anyways as this is manageable as if you buy this plants online if you have to pay a lot thank you Bunny cart ❤️
