It was my very first order & I ordered for : Vallisneria nana , Dwarf Hairgrass and Aquarium soil altogether. The packaging and the shipment was great, but a few of the Vallisneria nana died. The refund for that was so prompt that I was really amazed! The Hairgrass with the Vallisneria is growing day by day & my aquarium turned so lovely with their presence. I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.
