I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.

Hi readers, I am residing in Bangalore, Last week i.e on 06-05-2015 Wednesady, I had ordered for home delivery of 26 fishes, 4 plants and 3 fish foods from bunnycart store . On 10-05-2015 i.e on Sunday by 09:15pm sharp i received the parcel with live fishes and plants. For my surprise all the 26 fishes and 4 plants were live in active and healthy condition. Great and very good packing with necessary oxygen level for transportation. Bunnycart is good online store with all varieties of aquatic products and has a good customer care support with highly skilled and talented persons for answering all the questions regarding aquatic products and transportation. This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief. I got my first order from bunnycart yesterday. I think it will take minimum one week, but received in 4 days. Some leaves of "Bacopa monnieri" was yellowish and it was too small to plant also. But overall it was good. Next i want to try some guppies and Aquarium Soil. But Aquarium Soil was out of stock from last 2 weeks, I think they will restock soon.
