I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.

I'm particularly impressed with their wide range of aquarium plants, especially their collection of Anubias species. I'm a big fan of their Anubias plants attached to coconut shells, which are incredibly easy to handle during water changes and don't require any substrate or aquarium soil.
