i ordered 20 fishes in total .. but i am short of one tetra .. my order no was 12521 .. i think there is a mistake in the delivery... everything else was fabulous.. the fishes are active and colorful.. yet few are a little tiny (not really a problem though)...

On 04-11-2016 I ordered 10 Chilly red guppy, 8 Neon Tetras and 3 Mango Platy and some aquarium plants. On 11-11-2016 I received the parcel but from 21 fishes only 5 alive rest all are dead but all plants are in good condition. I send the unboxing video and details of the dead fishes to Bunnycart customer care mail address. They responded very well and I got call from them and they send me new fishes as a compensation for the dead fishes I received….. I am really delighted by the way Bunnycart handled my concern and I take this opportunity to thank Bunnycart for their customer friendly attitude and services. I would recommend this website to all aquarium lovers for all stuffs related to aquarium.

Recently i ordered 20 plants from bunnycart they all reached to me in good condition... The shipment took 5 days to reach but they all look fresh and healthy... Only disappointment was the quantity ..... I ordered dawrf baby tears when i received it was just a pinch of plant.. which u cant handle by hand.... U need to use twezzer to handle them.. other then that 5 star for everything else... Increase the quantity only suggestion

I ordered 50 guppies and a sucker fish through bunnycart. I feel very pleased with the supply and customer support provided by them. I live thousands of mile away from the location where they breed the fishes but still due to nice packaging and support, none of the fishes died during travel and I feel elated in recommend them to those within my circle who are passionate about their fishes and other pets. I have placed my first order and got my order delivered in three days. The packaging of live plants were awesome and their quality was very good especially the Java Moss. I also request Bunnycart to start delivering live fishes in Lucknow, UP.
