Except hair grass and Vallisneria all plants are in good condition. Everyone should avoid buying tall plants because by the time it reaches at your doorstep it dries and dies. Happy Aquascaping

The overall packaging was very good, keeping the plants moist till they reached home. They've come up well too, except one which is probably due to my overactive fishes. Happy with bunnycart, planning more orders soon...

They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account. ( it died off in a week's time after planting). Bunnycart offers lowest prices. Lowest shipping rates. and safe secure delivery. I would like to place many more orders in future. thanks!!

On 04-11-2016 I ordered 10 Chilly red guppy, 8 Neon Tetras and 3 Mango Platy and some aquarium plants. On 11-11-2016 I received the parcel but from 21 fishes only 5 alive rest all are dead but all plants are in good condition. I send the unboxing video and details of the dead fishes to Bunnycart customer care mail address. They responded very well and I got call from them and they send me new fishes as a compensation for the dead fishes I received….. I am really delighted by the way Bunnycart handled my concern and I take this opportunity to thank Bunnycart for their customer friendly attitude and services. I would recommend this website to all aquarium lovers for all stuffs related to aquarium.
