Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. Initially I was a bit apprehensive about the genuinity of this website as there are couple of Fraudulent websites which market this stuff. But the way Bunnycart team has handled the order is worth praising. They are genuine and truthful people one can trust. The quality of fish they sent me is unmatched in contrast with the kind of fish being sold in Delhi. The colours of Neon Tetra, Glowlight Tetra, Endlers Guppy and Yellow Guppy are so vibrant that too at a very competitive price. I am waiting for some more fish to get available n their stock so that I may re-order soon. We must appreciate and promote their business in order to encourage them increase their product range.

Ordered 7 plants All plants are received in good condition Delivery is quick and fast 1. Anubius in coconut cell is too small plant 2. Hygrophila corimbosa is too large for 1 feet tank 3. Water trumpet and Sagittaria subulatas few leaves getting dull and yellow and 2 days after receiving Dont know it will be waste or regrow Giving 4 star but overall is very good site to order
