Was skeptical about ordering something live online especially shrimps, as these are delicate creatures..ordered around 16 of them for my mixed shrimp tank....came in to nearest KSRTC bus stand ( kollam) 1 day after it was dispatched no complains on that ..packaging was really nice opened the box everybody was really healthy and quick (no deaths) . Drip acclimated them for 3hrs and then put them in my tank ,next day no deaths all doing really well and also molting well. Will do business with Bunnycart in the future. :) Only complaint ...the shrimps are not adult sized but are juveniles but it ok :)

just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true. Bought Aome AqautIc plants Including Java moss.Took 5 days to deliver but Came in a excellent condition although some aquatic plants leaves turned yellowish colour due to shipping i guess.. But no complains.
