On 04-11-2016 I ordered 10 Chilly red guppy, 8 Neon Tetras and 3 Mango Platy and some aquarium plants. On 11-11-2016 I received the parcel but from 21 fishes only 5 alive rest all are dead but all plants are in good condition. I send the unboxing video and details of the dead fishes to Bunnycart customer care mail address. They responded very well and I got call from them and they send me new fishes as a compensation for the dead fishes I received….. The fishes came well packed all of them very very healthy and their prices are 50% less than the market. Ordered 7 plants All plants are received in good condition Delivery is quick and fast 1. Anubius in coconut cell is too small plant 2. Hygrophila corimbosa is too large for 1 feet tank 3. Water trumpet and Sagittaria subulatas few leaves getting dull and yellow and 2 days after receiving Dont know it will be waste or regrow Giving 4 star but overall is very good site to order

Riccia fluitans shown in pics on site are at least an inch size Where as when ordered got it tied on a coin sized stone Not happy with it
