It was my very first order & I ordered for : Vallisneria nana , Dwarf Hairgrass and Aquarium soil altogether. The packaging and the shipment was great, but a few of the Vallisneria nana died. The refund for that was so prompt that I was really amazed! The Hairgrass with the Vallisneria is growing day by day & my aquarium turned so lovely with their presence. Honestly, I ordered 11 plants and I was expecting 2-3 plants might die while shipping due to heat. I received the order in just 4 days and not a single plant died. Packaging was perfect they provide silicon gel to keep plants cool. They all arrived in healthy condition. I'll surely buy more from them in future.
