At first, I was little skeptical about ordering water plants online, but took a leap of faith and landed on the bouncy bunny. I usually don't write reviews but bunnycart's service is good. The plants were nicely packed and healthy. Have ordered another lot from them, thinking of ordering guppies too once I've cycled the tank.

I had little doubt before placing the order and I had no idea that such a service actually exist in India. However just got the first order delivered yesterday. All the fishes are very active and healthy. Packaging was nice and the order was delivered within 3rd day to my surprise. They called and let me know before shipping the order and even though they didn't have one of my ordered item in stock but they took my permission and changed the item with a nice choice. I really thank you bunnycart for this outstanding performance. Do keep up the good work. Planning to order some more fish within a couple of weeks. Ordered Item: 1. Full red guppy 5 pair. 2. Black moore gold fish 2 pair. 3. albino shark 1 pair(Which was out of stock and they gave me option with bala shark) 4. sword fish 2 pair. All are happy residents now in my two 15 gallon tanks.

Dear Team, I had ordered microworm starter culture. I would like to mention that the culture was not at all good. I barely found some microworm in that, which were not sufficient to start the culture. Plants which ordered twice from Bunnycart was good except few plants. Kindly improve in starter culture sector. I was looking for different types of aqua plants and then came across to this portal. I must say, I am impressed the quality, packing of my order. I had ordered 6 plants and received today. The packing and quality is awesome. No impact on plants, they still look fresh as if just picked from water. Keep it up and please keep your process of delivering as it is.

i did ordered plants to be delivered to Gurgaon. order#19746. Am so happy to see the consignment reached today with all the plants healthy and properly packed. This is instead of Gurgaon going at 44- 45 c temperatures in the day time. Have already planted them to my tank and look forward for doing more business with Bunnycart team. Excellent service and thanks once again.
