Its my first time buying plants for aquarium that too online & got 10 pots & stems from them which was actually cheap than buying loose but I was worried about the types of plants I will receive and delay receiving of plants and my worst fear came true when due to natural calamity my order got delayed but I liked the variety of plants and the way they were carefully packed but still few plants were in bad condition which is not seller's fault they tried their best in packing them so I raised my concern with the seller and they have issued refund for the damaged plants I'll definitely buy from them again just waiting for this mansoon to end

Product delivered was good, prompt and packing was good. Only you need to improve website operation. Please look after this. Fishes have very less stock.

I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up . I've quarantine them as they are expected to give fry's any time now. Very Good quality of Java Moss send ( except that the quantity was less ). Please try to include premium quality products such as filters ( all types) /air pumps/heaters/drift wood/lighting's/water conditioners/live bacteria for cycle/medicine for fish/substrates . .etc from Hagen, fluval, Ehiem.
