just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true. I ordered totally 7 different Water Plants including Moss. The items are really too good. No words to express my happiness. After having remained in transit for nearly 5 days till its delivery to me today @ 1.45 pm, all the plants remained intact, except for little bit of leaves rottening and becoming yellowish in colour for the grass plants [2 pots]. I am really really thankful to Bunnycart for all the BEST QUALITY items supplied, having TRUE VALUE for the money spent and HIGHEST ORDER of SATISFACTION for my ownself. Special thanks to Mr. Praan for all the efforts he had put in to ensure that delivery is not getting delayed further by Bluedart Courier at my end. I was looking for different types of aqua plants and then came across to this portal. I must say, I am impressed the quality, packing of my order. I had ordered 6 plants and received today. The packing and quality is awesome. No impact on plants, they still look fresh as if just picked from water. Keep it up and please keep your process of delivering as it is.

Hi thanks for quick service. Ordered about 52 fishes and most of them seem OK when I received it. But found two of mixed guppies were dead and floating moment I transferred to aquarium. I removed them immediately.
