Initially I was a bit apprehensive about the genuinity of this website as there are couple of Fraudulent websites which market this stuff. But the way Bunnycart team has handled the order is worth praising. They are genuine and truthful people one can trust. Its my 4th time tht im buying live plants from bunnycart n 2 times it was perfect service by bunnycart ltr 3rd time bcoz of courier pplz my order got missing n when i raise my issue to bunnycart they refund all my money immediately n 4th time again it was issue created by courier pplz as they misplaced my order n again bunnycart help me out with it n i received my live plants so its been satisfying purchase from bunnycart they r best in thr service for fulfilling aquarium needs i give 5 star to bunnycart..

They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account.
