Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. I had ordered assorted plants. Received my courier today. Packing was excellent, and most plants were healthy. Plants were packed with care and very less leaf loss. Azola has turned brown mostly, valesneria was a disappointment with brown and broken leaves. cryptocorns are too small. Overall plant size is smaller than those available from my local vendor. Good healthy plants. need to observe over the next few days. 4 1/2 stars. i would have given 5 stars if valesneria were intact.
