Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief. Appreciate the effort in delivering the plants, but felt a little disheartened upon receiving them. The plants are extremely small—much smaller than what was shown in the pictures or described by other happy customers. As someone who’s genuinely excited to grow and care for plants, receiving a slightly bigger and healthier one would have been truly encouraging. I’m sure this must be an oversight, and I trust your team values customer experience. Looking forward to a better experience ahead.
