I ordered 34 neon tetras to add to my existing aquarium that already had 10 neon tetras and 10 black phantom tetras. The delivery of the fish was timely. I received a call the day before confirming the time and also received a text with their delivery guy's phone number. Seamlessly done. The fish arrived in fine condition - no losses. The sizes varied but none of them were very small in size. Tetras' color tends to fade a little when they are stressed, so that was expected. But the color started to improve from the next day and all of them seem happy with their new home. I lost a couple of fishes in the days following the delivery, maybe they couldn't acclimatise well. Very happy with bunnycart's service. Looking forward to order again if I can make some more space in my home

First i ordered plants from other site i got ripped off, not that they didn't sent me the order, they sent it via surface currior and it took 15 days to reach me in surat from Chennai. But then i found out about bunnycart from reddit reviews, and i am very happy that i choose to order, my order value was, 1500, but they gave free shipping via air, i got the order next day they shipped from cochin hub. I will use them again n again. Very happy with the service

i did ordered plants to be delivered to Gurgaon. order#19746. Am so happy to see the consignment reached today with all the plants healthy and properly packed. This is instead of Gurgaon going at 44- 45 c temperatures in the day time. Have already planted them to my tank and look forward for doing more business with Bunnycart team. I m a beginner to this aquarium hobby. So i purchased only few plants from bunny cart. But i got surprised when the product got delivered. It was very fast delivery and all the plants were well packet and it was all fresh when i received. And i liked all the plants what i got, within 2 days it started shooting new leaves. I m very happy and recommend the site for aquarium plants. Yet didn't place any order for fishes so don't know about that. Thanks
