I had little doubt before placing the order and I had no idea that such a service actually exist in India. However just got the first order delivered yesterday. All the fishes are very active and healthy. Packaging was nice and the order was delivered within 3rd day to my surprise. They called and let me know before shipping the order and even though they didn't have one of my ordered item in stock but they took my permission and changed the item with a nice choice. I don’t see any resamblance in the ordered product and the one I got ,( even though they all arrived safe , endler’s guppy is not that good , but the service seems pretty good.... I hope you guys will improve your product quality too
