On 04-11-2016 I ordered 10 Chilly red guppy, 8 Neon Tetras and 3 Mango Platy and some aquarium plants. On 11-11-2016 I received the parcel but from 21 fishes only 5 alive rest all are dead but all plants are in good condition. I send the unboxing video and details of the dead fishes to Bunnycart customer care mail address. They responded very well and I got call from them and they send me new fishes as a compensation for the dead fishes I received….. I am really delighted by the way Bunnycart handled my concern and I take this opportunity to thank Bunnycart for their customer friendly attitude and services. I would recommend this website to all aquarium lovers for all stuffs related to aquarium.

I ordered 15 items from this site. Price was good.took 7 to 8 days to reach my home by fedex. At first i thought by the time It reaches me the plants will be all rotten but due to good airtight Packing it survived. Almost all of them are can be planted and i hope They will survive. Fingers crossed

I must congratulate the team for starting the best ever online delivery system for life fishes. The fishes came well packed all of them very very healthy and their prices are 50% less than the market. It is the best thing that could happen to any aquarium enthusiast and if they can improve the variety in their collection I think there will be no one to beat them in this industry. They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account. ( it died off in a week's time after planting). Bunnycart offers lowest prices. Lowest shipping rates. and safe secure delivery. I would like to place many more orders in future. thanks!!
