This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. Java moss was of excellent quality. However, dwarf hairgrass and amzon sword was half wilted when received. Rotala wallichii was good. Didn't received dwarf lily but was refunded money immediately. Customer service is very good.

I had placed an order of anubias and some floating plants for my new low tech micro setup. All items were received within in 3 days in good quality. I loved their free shipping for orders above 499. I received 3 plants instead of 6 for the water lettuce order, however the team was quick to acknowledge the error and refund the full amount for the plant.
